Terms of Service

Welcome to DRD Facility Cleaning. By accessing our website or utilizing our facade cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Service Execution

DRD Facility Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and heritage restoration services. Service estimates and turnaround times are provisional pending a final on-site assessment. We guarantee deployment of IRATA-certified technicians for all high-rise operations.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and uninterrupted service, clients must provide:

• Unobstructed access to building perimeters, terraces, and water supply.
• Advance notice to occupants and tenants regarding the cleaning schedule.
• Clearance for safety rig anchor points as evaluated during our site survey.

3. Payments and AMC Contracts

For one-time cleaning jobs, fifty percent (50%) of the quoted price is due prior to mobilization, with the remaining balance due upon sign-off and completion. For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), billing schedules are legally bound to the signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Liability and Damages

We carry full comprehensive commercial liability insurance. Any claim for damages to the property due to negligence by our technicians must be made in writing within 48 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing structural weakness, failing sealant, or peeling paint exposed during standard cleaning operations.

5. Service Adjustments & Cancellations

Projects delayed by severe Indian weather conditions (monsoons, high winds) will be rescheduled without penalty to guarantee worker safety. Client-initiated cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may incur a mobilization penalty.
