From a Single Van to India's Leading Facade Cleaners

DRD Facility Cleaning was founded in 2010 by Deepak Rao in Mumbai with a single high-pressure washing van and a vision — to bring international-grade building exterior cleaning to India's rapidly growing skyline.

What started with a handful of residential society contracts in Powai grew into full-scale commercial and heritage building projects across 12 Indian cities. Today, we are the preferred facade cleaning partner for India's top builders, IT parks, and housing societies.

Our growth is powered by a simple belief: every building deserves to look its best, and every worker deserves to go home safe. We've invested relentlessly in IRATA-certified rope access training, eco-friendly chemistry, and advanced BMU technology to deliver on both promises.

2010

The Beginning

Founded by Deepak Rao with one high-pressure washing van. First contract: Palm Meadows Society, Powai, Mumbai.

2013

First Commercial Contract

Secured a landmark deal with a leading IT park in Pune. Expanded the fleet to 5 vehicles and hired 30 technicians.

2015

IRATA Certification

Became one of India's first facade cleaning companies to achieve IRATA Level 3 rope access certification for the entire core team.

2017

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. Launched operations in Delhi NCR and Bangalore, covering 4 cities.

2019

Heritage Restoration Division

Launched a specialist heritage building restoration unit. Completed restoration of two colonial-era government buildings in Delhi.

2022

Pan-India Expansion

Crossed 300 buildings served. Expanded to 10 cities with 120+ professionals. Introduced drone-assisted facade inspection technology.
